Our comprehensive development projects are performed in-house, from the initial acquisition of the property through the final sale of the project. Our team handles the entire design process, including the design of the new floor plan, cabinets, lighting, landscape, and more. With an in-house general contractor, we performed 90% of all construction work. This allows us to make sure that the quality of the construction and finishes are up to our stringent standards.

QUALITY!!! Nick and his team are amazing. I had them come in and look at the house for a remodel and not only were they very professional, they offered great advice (that I followed) and got the job done on time and on budget with amazing attention to detail and precise execution. Our crown molding, walls, kitchen, bathroom, pool, stairs, wood flooring... All of it is amazing!
We were glad to find Nick and very happy with his work. We had a new hardwood floor in the living room along with new ceiling lights. The overall process went smooth from the initial appointment to the end of the project including preparation/demolition, installation and cleaning up. Nick is very honest and straightforward.
